Variable speed motorized tester for measuring application and removal torque in compliance with ASTM D3475.  Can test child-proof caps while under a static top-load.  Measures total angular displacement and loads to 10 N-m.  Outputs to DataPlot^® software.  Pass/fail alarms to facilitate production testing.
