Peter Tork

Bass player for the MONKEES.  He played a Gretsch bass; the only thing that sounds worse than a Gretsch bass is a Gretsch guitar, unless you happen to be George Harrison or Neil Young or Chet Atkins, in which case you could probably get anything to sound good.  As far as I know, he's not currently involved in any type of torque measurement.
