CHATILLON model PTT torque measurement/calibration system

This system consists of CHATILLON's model PTT portable torque tester and three transducers (250 ft-lb static, 100 ft-lb rotary/dynamic, and a 250 in-lb transducerized wrench).  The PTT is battery operated (internal rechargeable) and is provided with a belt clip for spot inspection of tools and individual connections.  The PTT can be used with up to 5 separate interchangeable transducers; calibration values are stored in the unit.  Features include bi-directional operation, selectable units of measure, 1st peak/ultimate peak/track modes, programmable filtering, floating decimal point, internal memory for up to 4,000 readings, RS232C output, and an operating range of 5%-100% of the transducer in use.

System accuracy is better than 0.5% of the indicated reading, making it ideal for in-house calibration of virtually any type of torque tool or instrument.

Many additional transducers are available at similar savings, and the PTT can be configured to operate with virtually any strain-gage transducer or loadcell.

CHATILLON model ET-1100, UTSE2 & DST parts

These units represented the heyday of CHATILLON's lo-tech digital testing systems.  Having been obsolete for quite some time, parts for these puppies are scarcer than stock on the shelves in Largo, but there are still scads of these machines being used every day in industries throughout the world.  The sun never sets on CHATILLON.

We've got loadcells, circuit boards, structural components, and if we can ever get Pete Jorgenson to take an hour, climb up into his loft and send us a list of what he's got, we'll hawk it here.  Plus, we've got the equipment and documentation necessary to repair and calibrate these units and keep them in tip-top (well, maybe not tip-top, but pretty darn good) shape.  Stay tuned for further developments or call with specific needs.
